We can't transfer the bug tracker 1:1 -- I need to design and code a rudimentary conversion script. Another thing on my to-do list :)

For the new board, it looks like %_tracker_posts is equivalent to the posts table on the forum, and %_tracker_issues is equivalent to topics. We should reproduce the structure of the projects table as well to match the IDs of existing projects for that input.
On the flip side, %_bugtracker_bugs looks like the topics table, and %_bugtracker_replies looks like the post table.
This will be the last thing on my list after I've added the remaining "base functionality" to the Vault (download links, administrative functions, game adding).
