"Upload a Resource ZIP" does absolutely nothing. Well, okay, it uploads the ZIP to the site just fine and makes the game require reapproval, but the resource ZIP doesn't get added to the Download section on the sidebar.

Easily reproduceable. Try it with any entry in the Vault.

handleUpload() was being told to look for one thing and the upload form was naming it something else. Fixed.
