This happens frequently when I try to refresh pages and often when I'm browsing normally, too. The error message itself is probably Opera-specific but the bug in this case is that pages abruptly show up as an error screen, but the page loads normally when you press F5. I've noticed it the most when I'm refreshing the Tracker index page.
