This is a result of unnecessary SQL sanitization... I must not have removed all of the SQL sanitization calls when I was fixing that.

I've coated every bit of code that deals with it with stripslashes(), and it still happens. More info as it comes

Apparently this fixed itself, so it might have been a browser-specific issue.
