The message "Alt+H: Toggle Help" and the unused character to the left of it consume 19 characters of space. While it's useful to have around, we don't always need that reminder, so most of the time it's wasted. This number is not including the leftmost 2 chars of space, and the 3 chars of space to the right of the message; these are necessary for consistency and visual aid.

In the debug window, the robot memory display and current mod are 18 characters, and these are nice and/or interesting to see as visual feedback after editing a robot, changing the mod, or (especially) using Shift+8. The debug window is big and kind of annoying to have open except sometimes during testing, though.

The proposal is that after editing a robot, the robot memory will display over the "Alt+H" message for a few seconds, and after changing the mod or using Shift+8, the new mod will display (and scroll, if necessary) over the "Alt+H" message for a few seconds. This would provide the visual feedback on these stats without requiring the debug window to be open.
