As discussed during our MZXCon BKZX, when creating a new world there really is no user who WANTS the title screen to be their starting board. You pretty much always want to create a separate first board and fix the global setting so that the game starts there. For a long term project this gets caught and fixed easily, but when doing a BKZX (or even DoZ) it's all too common to see the "starts on Title Screen" derp.
Given that 99% of the time what you want when starting a new world is to create a new board and set it to be the start board, why don't we just do this by default? Automatically create two boards, with default names like "Title Screen" and "First Board" that the user can change as they please? It would be a great time saving feature to just Do The Right Thing up front.

Issue fixed in: 2.91
Implemented in GIT a35778d. The user will be prompted to create a new board when the editor is opened to a new world. If created, this new board will become the global first board and the title board will be renamed; if not created, the title board's name will be left blank.
