ccv output when given an indexed BMP is unusual and it's not entirely clear whether or not it's actually supposed to support indexed BMPs. Changing threshold values changes the results but the output is never the expected output (compared to its handling of a regular RGB BMP). Will upload an example soon-ish.

Issue fixed in: 2.93

This was fixed in GIT 786682a8.
