Besides spouting random crap on IRC, being a terrible admin, playing EverQuest, and blasting music in my room, I occasionally take the time to form game ideas that will go nowhere, and then lie to people, saying I'm working on them. This is probably just another one for the scrap pile, but the ideas behind this game and its plot are just so retarded that I can't help but make a post about it.

The game is called, and starts in, Cocapidgeon Avenue, which isn't really a street at all, but a hole with a bunch of ladders and rooms. For no reason at all, the legendary hero of Cocapidgeon Avenue is the chicken, who 500 years ago crossed a road. Nobody knows why the chicken crossed the road, and nobody really cares, but that doesn't stop Jon-Trek and his friends from becoming curious about the chicken's impulse. They discover that Señor Borf, who is located on Bufpork Street at the other end of the world, is the only person who knows why the chicken crossed the road, and thus, an epic journey to find Señor Borf and discover why the chicken crossed the road begins. Man, these guys are pretty stupid.

The game's gonna be an RPG of some kind, but I haven't figured out what to make of the engines yet. Maybe some action-based battles? That idea has always been spinning in my head. We'll see what happens. Just don't expect this game to come out, because I'll probably stay lazy and not do anything. It was nice to share the idea, though.

Thats like one of the best plot ideas I have heard in a while. Yeah, it's rediculous, but who cares?

Lovin' it. This is probably the best premise I've heard from Kuru so far (and Kurushimi premises are rather hard to top.)

Godspeed, my friend.

Instant genius. It happens to some of us, and when it does, you get premises like this. I doubt you contemplated endlessly and had this as the result. It was instant genius, right?

Rather...strange. But go with it. A finished RPG of any kind, generally, is a good thing in the MZX community.
