In the meantime I could not do any single thing on my MZX games as the computer was at the repair shop so only just got it back. Oh and I better get to work on posting the next beta version to my testers, OHHH DEAR.

Today I did some bug fixing in The Adventures of Mr. Guy.

I also took the chance to take some in-game screens of the game's first level and boss. Enjoy!

You might want to think about changing the color of the player to something else, preferably something different than everything else on the screen. Having a white player on a white and blue background just doesn't look pretty with that horrid black outline.

Goshi, I wasn't saying that simply to make you feel better, I was telling you it cause it's the TRUTH, though I wish it wasn't the truth. It sucks not being able to hear sound in games.

Well you're getting better with graphics, thats a good thing.

One thing I noticed however for Mr Guy is that the gray overlay thing around the screen was taken from Adlo, either that or you copied it. Its just that it looks so similar that it can't have been a coincidence.

also I don't want a cameo plz remove my name :(

Do you know what 'sarcasm' means?

Anyway, you still might want to change it because it could still be easily mistaken to be me.

Or else nobody cares, and that's also not sarcasm.

And what exactly is your EMS problem, Goshi?

Whenever I try to start MZX it says "Out of EMS Memory" and then it closes.

It only happens on my Windows XP Computer.

Well, you could be screwed. Try taking a look at the "Windows Under NT/XP" thread in the Tech Problems forum, and what's your graphics card?

... VDM does not solve all problems guy. MZX is incapable of working on some machines due to chipsets, other times NVidia cards can eradicate EMS for some reason.

MZX worked perfectly on it until now so I have no idea what could be the problem.

And Guy, I already have VDM Sound -_-;

EDIT: Oh yeah, I updated.

Fixed up gltiches on AOMG as well as redid the graphics on the 2nd level to make it look better. And that's it

If you are having ad problems, get the Google toolbar:

It blocks ads.
It makes google quicker to access.

umm... no. any toolbar for IE is a bad idea. go to www.crazybrowser.com. its a free IE mod that doesn't support most automatic popups, so it doesn't rely on any blocklist or anything. It also has a tabbed interface so it cleans things up if you like to have many windows open.

crazybrowser was an attempt to bring features of good web browsers to IE. Firefox is a good alternative, but I'm way to lazy to switch over.
