I have yet to find a "conspiracy-theory" movie whose plot was not utter lunatic garbage. This is one movie that's never going to get any of MY money, that's for sure.

nah me neither, but perhaps by a small chance I'll end up on seeing it.
It's interesting in one way: just the fact that the movie has to do with a treasure map being on the back of the decloration..? But then again, I don't really like the idea. It almost seemed to me like an indiana jones movie by the previews, only that it wasn't based on anything biblical or ancient. Athough I did like the indiana jones movies (besides temple of doom. that wasn't the best). And I guess you can't really judge a movie from it's previews very well, and also I suppose I don't really know what I'm talking about. I need to take some kind of class which increases my skills in expressing my ideas and opinions... tEEhEE

My first impression was Carmen Sandiago meets Indiana Jones... Except all the history you learn on the way is utter garbage. They really screwed with the textbooks on this one, but if you can get around the sheer improbability of it all (I mean, who would go to a movie like this expecting it to be real?), there's really no reason to AVOID it.

Carmen Sandiego was one awesome thief. Geez, her lackies could steal the Washington Monument without leaving any solid evidence behind!

The other day at work we were talking about how neat it would be to see Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives) in a movie playing Carmen Sandiego.
