A Note About Artwork

It is permissable to post tasteful nude art, provided you include the disclaimer "(18+)" in your topic title. This is not the same thing as posting porn or other smut. Know and be mindful of the difference. If you are unsure of whether an image you wish to post is within the bounds of good taste, run it by an Admin privately first.

Micah, on Jan 14 2005, 08:01 PM, said:

Also why am I stepping on ler's fro?

A little late, but I just looked at the pic again and I thought that you stepping on my fro could be a bit of symbolism for the fact that you are the one that's outgoing and stuff, whereas I prefer to do the bottom dude's work(background work).

Heh heh ler...yeah I know you've shaved it off but I had to do it. Not much symbolism in there (Koji as the water drop didn't mean I thought of him like that) and micah stepping on you're fro doesn't mean you're inferior, just means that micah's stepping on your fro. And I'm Iron Man.

Also Kkairos, I think that's a carrot in front of your name. For some reason when I thought of "Kkairos" a carrot entered my mind. It was all I could think of first hand.

I was capriciously inclined to draw these random objects last night. Hope you like them.

Also if these images are too large tell me. I just like for people to be able to look up close, even if they don't get the whole image at once (I don't think it's very important to get every side of this particular picture visible.)

the images aren't too large, mainly just weird.

as usual, your shading is awesome. but why don't you spend your drawing time doing something other than random small images?
<Tox> bah. I may as well give in and shop australia. D:

Because it's oh-so-much fun. I'll post a still-life I did sometime.

Also I'm glad you don't find them too large, but I was mainly addressing the admins. They said something about large images in the ToS.

Until then, me and my best friend used to find drawing detailed, and rather sloppy at times, side-view battle pictures very amusing. Heh, I still kind of do. So here's one I did a few minutes ago:

Well, maybe in a toon, I could look like that. But that's not me, but it's nifty!

EDIT: HEY!! If you shrink it down to size, I could make it my avatar!

I guess it is silly to volunteer, Bramblekid, since you can plainly see me in my avatar, but I volunteer anyway.

You know, if you're up for it, I might actually like it if you drew something for me. I've had this avatar for awhile, and have been meaning to change it. But I am totally in love with Chloe, I love her whole presense and image, so how about this. Here's a good set of pictures from a good Chloe episode, though better for facial expressions than poses (though I'll probably only use the area above the shoulders, anyway). This is a character sheet to give you some more ideas. Now, don't constrain yourself to this, my friend didn't when he drew her and that came out great (and I may just use his, anyway, but I figured I'd ask). This is just to give you a base to work with. Do with it what you will, or don't.

"It's foolish to become infatuated with a fictional character...but I just can't help myself."
To lie is to change the truth.
..Ignorance is to be unaware of the truth.
....Incompetence is to be unable to grasp the truth.
......And escape is to run away from the truth.
It is useless to run, since the truth is right next to you.

Alright more comments...let's see. Xeirxes, sure. Guts, sure. And Wervyn, I'm not sure yet. I've never been very good at copying images. I'll see though, I'll see. And maybe when I have no priorities I can look into it more.

Yeah and thanks for the pictures man, it helps.
