Based on Pico. Hence the name Nano. It's like vim to vi.

That'd completely wreak havoc on everything, so no.

What do you mean rounding? Rounded integer divide? You mean like a + (b / 2) / b? Try that.

<@Tixus> Anyway, I set the year to 1988 for some reason.
<@Tixus> And set the microwave to run for a minute and 28 seconds.
<@Tixus> But it failed to send me back in time, and I was disappointed.
<Insidious> Tixus accidentally microwaved the 80s
<Insidious> that is my takeaway from this

The code was screwy, I fixed it. a + (b / 2) / b, will bump up all a's halfway or over to the next b to the next one, won't do so for those under half.

Nope. Far too many fundamental changes to the way MZX works. Everything including the world file format would have to be redone to support multibyte in this area, for things like customblocks, overlay etc.
Why, I hear you ask, can't we just keep the current world format etc. but just add in a hack to display additional chars from the expanded character set, and a similar hack to write to those chars with char edit etc.? Because MZX already has enough silly hacks like this and it all serves to make about a billion ways of doing everything when the next big update to MZX occurs. Stuff like this makes MZX generally less consistant across the board.
Quote
More achievable, but once again will require a rewrite to the MZX world format, which, for the last time, isn't going to happen until MZX 3. Besides, you use far too many robots as it is. Think of inventive timesharing methods to keep all your code in one global robot.
Either that or take the copout method and just have a global robot that automatically loads an MZM full of robots somewhere to the board each time a new, previously unvisited board is loaded.

How on earth do you NOT use a global bot?
well, not use it on a major project not a project for BXZX or DoZ.

Having more than one global robot would be nice, but I doubt the world format would allow for it.
