Are there any Canadian movies that don't suck? Seriously, in a country as big as Canada, there's gotta be at least one moviemaker with some talent who hasn't gone to the US, right?

Going The Distance is a pretty good show. It made me laugh a few times. The Rocket is supposed to be amazing as well.
Other than that... Canadians don't make movies. They play hockey, fight grizzly bears and drink beer by the litre.

I would think it's a good thing to be open to her about it, and just tell her the truth about things--be her good friend. You should, through all of this, as a christian, be gentle and kind.
