in your game.

well i want voice samples in my will be biggest project.
but for that i need vice samples and if someone elde wants it too (s)he wil need that to so i thought i'l open an general topic for it.
that way nobody needs to endlesly search for it or ask and ask and ask over and over and over again.
also if i choose your file i'l pm you(so it stays a surprise for who finally has been selected besides me or the selected persons).

and if anyone else uses this topic for voice reweusts could he keep the surpise intact too ;).

for the ones who don't know what to say here is an example.(then upgraded version of the text that wil be on the title screen of the game).

Heh, sorry, that was pretty incomprehensible of me. Reference (not particularly safe for work - maybe 50% safe but ill-advised, it has the word "ass" in it)

I mean, good luck getting people to voice act =)

This dialogue reeks of...well, it reeks =P My favorite line would have to be this gem:

Quote

Demons have invaded our world, even creatures of child stories have been sightenth.

I think he's referring to the fact that "sighted" somehow came out in lispy King James English.

if i use a voice it doesn't necicarally become the title screen(some bossy chars may have a voice too) and other voice actings are storybased(except in battle voice actings)

I'm feeling benevolent today, so I'll attempt to revise your dialogue for you in efforts of making it look less like a late 1980's JRPG translation.
The end is near.
An...event occured in my time.
In the year 1525 - the time I come from -  the land has been destroyed by a series of these events.
Demons, monsters and other such fairy-tale apparitions have already been spotted.
As if that weren't bad enough, a large metallic...being...destroyed the castle where I reside. I only managed to stop it after the damage had been done.
When I opened its belly, I saw many things inside it, each one stranger than the last.
But the strangest was what I saw on its back.
A metal plaque affixed to its rear, with the words "Patent no.2535, 9/17/2040" etched upon it.
It was constructed of a metal I had never seen before. Our swords didn't leave so much as a scratch on it. This kind of metal couldn't possibly exist in my time. I supposed that it came from some year in the distant future.
Much as it pains me - and the King - to do this, I have prepared a spell that will summon one person from the future to aid us in dealing with these metal demons. While my actions may have been what started this debacle in the first place, I don't see how it can get any worse.

That's got to stay in at least!

EDIT: And yeah you would be suited to doing Bazooka Bear, I bet!

Not necessarily! It should do a check for the 1 in 1000000 chance that he survives, and have a special path of the game just for that occurance!

yes i wall add that . but triggering that event will be rare but easy to pull off(if you have enough patienc and save on the savepoint before the event and boss fight(thinking to make that particular boss a perfect defense boss(thats why bazooka bear uses vaporizingray))

Well, Crystalis stole the main concept too (from nausicaa) so it's not like there's any problem here =p

Notice that i put a really bad ass nes game in parenthesis. This is because I knew he had never played it. I was just pointing out the similarities and encouraging people to play Crystalis (it's pretty cool).

Okay I tried, but no donald voice, it's really horrible, download at your own risk ;)

Note: I have many voices, tell me what you want to hear in a character, give me a direction.
