You don't guess, but Microsoft Sam voice is in title.
There are animated progress bars, one Windows XP/2003/Vista-alike on bottom of Windows logo, and Windows 9x-alike on bottom.
Car wheels are animated too.

Hmm, you've inspired me there.

Someone should do *shock horror* a MZX OS clone of Vista. It'll be way cooler and more secure

Or better yet, take Airborne OS, remove all the title bars, recolour the bad Start Menu clone black or something and call it Airborne OS VISTA!

Ok guys, it will be done JUST AFTER lol game 2...
...but based on beta 1 and RTM screenshots...
...and it will take...
...more than a MB.
