it's about asgromo & goshi & kuroneko. they're acquaintances in time.
Basically the plot is that Senior Asgromo & Goshi, from the Mossy Rock Retirement-R-Us in 2040, somehow contact Adult Asgromo & Goshi & Kuroneko in the present (2000). They're like 20 in the present.
Senior Asgromo & Senior Goshi tell adult Asgromo & Adult Goshi & Adult Kuroneko about how something bad has happened around their time and now they {CHOOSE ONE: are enslaved by monsters; live in a world of ruins or something; hate nursing homes and want them to alter the past to stop Mossy Rock from being created}. Also, Senior Kuroneko had a heart attack.
The Adults accept, not wanting to have such horrible futures, and they go on a quest to do something.
Planned thing: When Adult Kuroneko reaches level something, Senior Kuroneko reappears, having been saved from heart attack thanks to exercise.
as per usual, I never start a journal until the main engine is done, and the main engine is done.
It's an RPG. And it's not all lol text like ay carumba was. Also, smilies are not used here. People almost look like people if you squint (imagine Tuxedo Ted but a lot better). And there's a SMRPG-like "timed-hits" system - for example, when you jump, you get 20% more damage if you press UP when the character's waiting to jump and 100% more damage if you hit DOWN when he lands. (But when Kuroneko jumps, these numbers become 80% and 400%).
Screenshot coming this afternoon.
Oh, and guys, I'm still working on ay carumba. But last night I just sat there looking at it for 30 minutes and couldn't do anything so I decided to do something productive.
