So I'll probably hate myself in the morning but I decided to break my vow of MZX project journal silence and start journaling my MZX project progress on No Worries now that I've actually started working on it somewhat again.

So far I've got a few boards. I just finalized a basic plot outline. There's some pretty pictures and a few other things. I guess I'll see if I can kick ass on this for a while, maybe get some work done each day.

Since I'm elite expect a lot of updates to just use the same posts over and over, because I like that...

But don't check this thread a lot, trust me, it won't be very interesting.

Anyway that's all

Also hey noahsoft if you're reading this hurry the hell up and get your some game done I want to play that okay

it had better have the aevaze logo on it we're building a brand here we're building a brand do you understaaaaand mr. ohira

That reminds me I haven't worked on my Aevaze projects in forever. I should get on that.

But of course as always I look forward to NW.

SeventhShade are you still working on Rebirth Machine?

Well at least I now know you are working on something. Try not to make the game suffer from the journal curse >_>

I've been "working" on this since the middle of last summer.

I mean if I'm going to actually finish anything, ever, I expect this damn well to be it, unless I come up with a much, much better idea before I get any more work done. Don't bet on that, though. It's been months already and this gray matter hasn't stirred an inch.

Aaaand I get graphics compliments from djtiesto. I think the purposes of this journal are pretty much fulfilled.

I'm going to keep posting in it anyway if that's okay, though. Between kicking Linux around and practicing typing and talking to jerks I did some work on the game today and will do some more tonight as well. I'm sorry you guys but it's not really going to have a lot of action or even adventure. There will be gameplay, but not.. a lot... and not as evenly distributed as you guys (or I think even I) might like. I'll see what I can do to make it as fun or at least vaguely interesting as possible anyway.

It should all be at least as good-looking as that screenshot, though! I'm pushing myself on making the visuals somewhat appealing.

But yeah, my point is, you might not like this game a whole lot, even in the case I actually finish it! We will see, we will see

If its going to be digital novel then I wouldn't even mind at all. As long as the story is done well.

Sounds great. I'd love to see this to completion. And, yeah, the graphics style is pretty neat!

You better believe it! Aevaze is in the preliminary stages of completely rocking your socks off as we speak

Well I suppose that will be pretty much up to you to decide. It won't have "dumb humor" or "cameos" or whatever, I guess, which seems to be what usually gets people worked up.

If anyone remembers my DoZ entry from space exploration/growth, that is, "A Sad Game", it's going to play sort of like that, but a lot less awful, and a lot longer, and more thoughtfully paced, and what little action there is will actually be kind of playable. Also the story isn't thoroughly retarded, I think.

Anyway I did a couple more rooms (the skeletons, really, no robots or story content in them yet) and then progress slowed for the night due to other collaborations. Don't worry, they were worth it.

Welp, I've been working on a little something with NoahSoft, and it should be done fairly soon. Then it's back to this game.
