NHL '07 is going to be based on Matt in the MZX community. It'll feature some MZXers but they wont be cameos, they'll just be enemies and bosses with no dialogue. Gameplay will be similar to Metroid in that there'll be a large map you can explore and unlock with powerups, bosses, etc. Expect to see some soon but I need to work on it's somewhat complex engine but after that, it'll be smooth sailing.

Also... I think that I should have a cameo && dialogue because I played a major role with NihilistMatt because I was his #1 enemy for a good time, and may still be!

The level editor has quite a few quirks so if you want to figure it out be my guest, it can't save yet, though.

I'm scrapping the custom board engine. the editor was buggy and hard to use and the engine was going to be a bitch to program so I'll just make it a regular side scroller but I'll still try the Metroidy design if I can.

Development hasn't progressed at all but lately I've really been wanting to work on this. I need someone to help me with level design and general layout of the world, though. I am not very good in this area so I need someone to do stuff like this. I was thinking kuroneko at first but he's busy all week so.. yeah.
