I added a radar engine to Oblique, but it's not Old-Sckool's, just to let people know. I DID originally try to use it, but it kept overwriting parts of other characters, so I just made my own one with fixed positions and variables, and it actually displays quite a bit of the map around the view port?s boundaries. I changed the only cinematic in the game, too, so now it's in color. the player actually was only an outline in the cinematic before.

Hooray, I?ve made a little more in Oblique and Script Overlord. I've been paying more attention to music lately then MZX, but once I realized how many projects that I have and that I want to complete them... it was quite easy to get back into it.
Also, recollections is coming along, slowly.

EDIT: Now that i've gotten back into the swing of things, I should have sone of my games finished pretty quickly.

Today is a sad day... I have decided to finish a few of my newer projects before heading back on RPG Skool, which may take a little time. It will now be gathering virtual dust on my hard drive.

Yes, CHEZZY, I will. I just need to wrap up the rest of the engine, cut off the excess stuff, and find sounds for the last three weapons. Shouldn't take too long.

The neat thing about it is that it's actually two engines in one: mainly the weapon's engine, but also the health and armor bar engine.

It should be done soon, I hope.

EDIT: I can't remember how I was going to change the controls.

you were going to set the weapon category selection so that if you repeatedly press a number it scrolls through the weapons of that category.

Well, I've been workingwith MZX still, but mostly on demonic rule, and recently on a new game I started, called MZX Miner. There's not much to the game, but it should be fun anyway. more for people who are into puzzle and strategy games than action games. There's a small storyline to go with the game itself, but I won't reveal any of it now, because I plan on releasing the game within the next week.
