Ok folks! I'm finally back into mzxing! And so now I can continue my big project. Basically this is a comedy Item-Adventure game, it's gonna be pretty long, and pretty hard, and have lots of secrets and path choice, it's almost all mapped out.

At the moment though, I'm looking for someone who is:

a) Decent with Graphics (Not neccessarily GREAT but decent)
b) Interested in helping with testing and stuff

Basically these are the two things that keep making me shy away from this project, having to always test and re-test everything to make sure it's all continuous, and to have to stay on the one same board for a while to make sure it looks half decent, it's not that im bad with graphics, it's just that i want to get on with actually making the game.

So if you fall into the above two categories, and want to help me out with this game (You will get to see everything as it's made if you want) then send me a PM or reply here. You will of course get credit where it's due!

Screenshots and tasters to follow at some point!

well if you feel like helping with this then we can probly work something out! but how good are you with like general graphics? : ) just making things look... better?

Progress progress progress!

Currently I'm steadily steaming ahead at one board a day, be it a movie, a game board, a mini game or something else!

This game is everything I've ever wanted to make in a mzx game and you'll see elements of all my other projects/releases, nogozone, johnny, Tearaway, zombeez... not so much 20Hbg admittedly.

But Just to let you all know that I'm getting great progress here!

Seems fantastic, the graphics are still great aside from their simplicity. Also, in the sidescrolling parts, do you slide on slopes?

Well I can see why you'd want someone to do the graphics for you. Still though I like the looks of Tearaway. Reminds me of Spelunker (the game where you die every half minute from a ghost because you don't have the energy to kill it). :p

well im pretty sure tearaway will not be that hard : )

The graphics in the games arent amazing but hopefully people will be able to tell what is what : )

For those of you who cant get to sleep at night thinking that ABG will never be finished,

It is being worked on! I have finished my exams and have many free times now.

Progress is now steaming ahead!

I would estimate that this game currently has about... 1 and a half hours of gametime in it, as it stands, but of course, you will never be able to see everything in one go! that's the beauty of it! You'll probably have to play through it at least 3 times to see most of the content!
