Right now, I'm working on making a GameCube port as well (not much work really, the only Wii-specific stuff used is the SD card slot, the Wiimote, and USB keyboard stuff, and libfat, which handles SD card access, has a GameCube version.) I'm also trying to think of ways to fix the freezing bug. As for PAL support, yes, it has supported PAL from the beginning. Or close to it, anyway.

BTW I just altered the default sample rate to 48K in the Wii port so changing config.txt should not be necessary after r853.
