DigitalMZX 2010 Migration Lifecycle Just when you thought it was over...

So, surprise surprise, the archive and the boards are just a piece of my plan for 2010 on DMZX. As people have pointed out in the past, we need an overhaul. Basically here's my intended timeline:

* DigiVault out of core beta by 3/15 and in production
* IPB3 codebase in place by 3/15, unskinned
* Bug tracker fully migrated by 3/17
* New "unified" portal page 4/1
* IPB3 skinned 4/1
* Wiki skinned 4/18

This is all subject to change but ultimately I want to have the entire thing done no later than MZXCon in July.

Or we could just have a rewrite DMZX blitzkrieg competition at MZXCon.

Things that need to happen for the forum migration:

[X] Disable forum/archive
[X] Run Gambit->Vault migration path
[X] Back up old DB/files
[X] Copy in upgrade package
[X] Run upgrade
[X] Create projects for bugtracker
[X] Run bugtracker migration
[X] Bring forum back online
[X] Newspost to new archive until portal links are complete
[X] Zip/Retire backups

Estimated total downtime: 1-3 hours.
