Hey guys! Thought some of you would be interested to hear news about long-time MZXer Tones, AKA MZXGiant. He and his wife live in Seattle, and he has a job at Microsoft! The last few years he's been trying to work through some serious health issues which included surgery, but he's recovering wonderfully!

Currently working on Servo for MegaZeux, I hope to complete it by the middle of 2015? Who knows...

I'm glad to hear this, thanks for letting us know. I haven't kept in touch, but I did hear from him several years ago (2008 I believe) that he had a chronic condition known since childhood and wasn't expected to live past 30 or so. It sounds like he is beating the expectations and that is very good news.

I remember the name MZXGiant but didn't know he had a chronic health condition. I'm really happy to hear he is doing well, though.

I happened to come across this when Wervyn and Puella asked me about MZXCon this year...

I just wanted to say thanks for all the support! It means a heck of a lot to see people from many years ago expressing concern about me after so long. :(

I'm just thrilled to see you looking so well. Also I can't help but notice you haven't actually responded regarding MZXCon. No pressure to come, cross-country travel being what it is, but I wanted to put it out there.
