yeah i cant use the website without a vpn or else i get a timeout

Hi! Yes, I added an IP block rule because you seemed to be registering multiple usernames from the same IP for the purposes of pretending to be someone else. Such "sock puppetting" is discouraged here, and was regardless unnecessary since your first account wasn't even banned or restricted in any way.

I encourage you to consider why your behavior since joining this community (especially in the Discord server) has been unacceptable and how you can grow and learn from it. It has been many many years since I have had to hand down any sort of punishment like this, and that does not really reflect well upon you.

That said, if you commit to not registering any more sockpuppets, considering that, again, you were never officially banned in the first place, I think the point has been made and the IP ban can be removed.

EDIT: IP ban removed. If you register any more unnecessary accounts, it will be reinstated.
