Okay, here goes.  I was making a game in mzx 2.51, but found out that I needed more counters.  So, logically I decided to switch to s3.2 or maybe ak2.0, or maybe now 2.6.

Thing is, I don't want to do it until I know something.  Is that possible?  If I just opened up my world from s3.2 or another version from above, will it turn into a game made with the version I chose, if I save it afterwards?

I hope you can understand what I'm talking about, I'm having a slight case of dyslexia of the mouth.

I only said it in another post but I'll say it here anyway.
The latest format change is MZX s2. So you can save something in s2, s3, MZXAk, MZX 2.6, whatever, and it won't make any difference. MZXAk 1.0 is just as backward compatable is the rest. And as far as I'm aware 2.6 does not change the the format like it probably should.
