I was looking through IGN a few minutes ago, then came across a very intresting article, saying that Take Two had appearently taken the role of releasing the game... or at least they had applied for a trademark on the name or something like that.

If you don't know what BioShock is, well, it's sort of a sequel to System Shock. Go read up some on it. Here's to hoping it'll be released sometime not to far into the future.

EDIT: My english is fail.

I wish I knew what System Shock is. And I wish I knew what Take Two is.

VinceP you officially suck :(. System Shock is awesome (although number 2 is a little irritating because of the weapon degrading).

Take Two is the parent company of Crockstar games, known for such "hits" as the GTA series and The Warriors and State of Emergency. And apparently they also release SEGA sports "2k" series games, I don't know the point of that so don't ask.

djtiesto: The GTA games were like it or not certainley popular, and at least in my opinion, generally fun games. The Warriors and State of Emergency I don't care much about. Besides, I don't really care who they release games for, as long as the games are fun and good, I don't give a rats ass whoever released it. The reason why I posted this is that I'm glad that they did find any company willing to release the game for them.

Now ler, I agree with you, although I think that System Shock 2 is a lot more fun overall then the first one.

Oh man. I so loved System Shock 2. Never really got into 1 but System Shock 2 is right up there on my list of favorite games. Best part is when you accidentally trigger a security camera, and then start to hear the zombies approach. "Killll meee!"

Can't wait for BioShock.

Guys, in case you didn't know... more extremely fascinating Bioshock information =OOOOO

This set-up sounds just too ridiculously awesome. And look, Irrational Games. Ken fucking Levine. I can't wait.

Wieee, this is making me a very happy person. I'm really hoping that the game's as good as System Shock 2.

all i know is that it blew my mind when i found out that rockstar used to be called "dma designs", best known for lemmings. also i quite enjoyed what i played of san andreas, and i think the engine for that game's world map is pretty cool. too bad it inspired 50 CENT BULLETPROOF but that's not their fault.

too bad lemmings is now a sony exclusive. if the nintendo ds had a touch-screen version of the game, it would be almost inconceivably awesome.

I remember reading the Game Informer article on this. It sounds REALLY awesome, but I have to wait to play it because my computer needs to be upgraded :(.

Been waiting on this since I saw the first screenshot. And now that I'm absolutely certain that my box can handle it, I want it even more.
Blaugh!
Serious damage to important body parts pretty much ruins any plans you had for living. Bummer.

That's what Mario vs DK 2 is for, I guess...
