Superman64 was like the worst possible idea for a game possible. I played a broken emulated version of it and it was really bad. I'm pretty sure that a version that had a Superman that actually had textures wouldn't be much better, though.

halo 2 is probably the most overrated game of all time, it's not a bad game though, single player mode is absolutely pointless however.

Zenith brings up a good point. Adventure games where you can get trapped and have to start all over and play for hours without knowing it are retarded. I mean, what the fuck's the point? It's not "cerebral", it's not "challenging", and it's no fun at all. It's gay. I feel the same way about most RPGs. Even with plots, there's nothing "heady" at all about them. All you do is press "A" a bunch of times while numbers or words pop up and disappear. Sometimes too many numbers or words. And strategy games? Boring. Same deal with puzzle games.

In short, I couldn't pick out a "least favourite game" for the life of me. The stuff people like gets really stupid at times. This is 2006, we should be encouraging developers to produce nothing but twitch games.

Yes. Only bullet-hell shooters from now on! The problem is, because gamers are less skilled at gaming than they once were, developers are being forced to water down their games, or offer watered-down modes of gameplay. Such modes are insulting to the consumer that wants to play a real game. If you went down to the shop and bought a game, and it had an 'Easy' mode, that's basically the game developer saying 'Here's your game, we'll make it nice and EASY for you, you pansy.' Proper games might have multiple modes of difficulty, and one of them might be called 'Easy' but those 'Easy' 'Medium' and 'Hard' gameplay modes are just their way of saying 'Hard' 'Really Hard' and 'OMFG you are dieing from the bullets'.

So, more challenging games pretty please!
