And how odd that you're playing Earthbound - I just started playing that again yesterday!
Serious damage to important body parts pretty much ruins any plans you had for living. Bummer.

I'm pretty sure the guy in the commercial is the only person who pronounces it Chris Stall Iss.
how do you pronounce it, then? edit-- okay i actually watched the video and he pronounced it pretty weird. also, how did i miss this commercial? that was awesome.
Currently playing:
Persona 3
Bioshock
Phoenix Wright Trials and Tribulations
And I'm loving all three of them.
Gonna go back and finish Etrian Odyssey after PW3.

<Nadir> demos, more like
<Nadir> a glimpse into what could have been if mzx wasn't such a bore to work with
<Nadir> actually, i'm being unfair
<Nadir> i would have made mzx games if it was capable of running on more than 20 computers worldwide in 1998
<Nadir> >:D
<%Alice> functor
<%nooodl> i hear C++ has a thing called functors and they're completely different from Haskell functors...
<rorirover> the result is the most horrid thing in C++, it's basically black magic and it transforms any code you're writing into some eldritch monstrosity

Just picked up Eternal Sonata on tuesday...pretty enjoyable so far!
I never got the hang of BOF:DQ in the end. I liked the concept of it, but just couldn't play it after awhile. Hoping Capcom will revive this franchise soon.

And i've been doing battle mode on wi-fi on the weekends. Just wondering, but does anyone else play this on wi-fi? I wouldn't mind sharing friend codes and playing against someone, since so many people that I play randomly are jerks that disconnect whenever they lose.

Just started playing Space Merchant Realms, since a few guys on my X country team play it. It looks pretty good for a very basic MMORPG.

i bet you got takeshi's bad ending first DIDN'T YOU
it's a great game though if you use a FAQ and skip a lot. There's a lot of boring and repetitive text since you have to play through the same path 4 times to get to the good stuff. But the good stuff is really, really good. I'll listen, though, if you'll actually explain why it's not a good game.
