Is it possible? Because I wanna go back and change my older reviews. It's rather silly that I gave a detailed review of Talon's Tale while my old one for Bernard the Bard is basically all "blah blah blah best MZX game ever ffffffffffff". I wanna change that.

It's impossible, at least for now. Right now, not even we admins have web-side review editing functionality.

Incidentally, there was a method behind my madness for this. I originally feared childish "oh yeah, you want to do that, I'll rate down your game >" moments. If I ever get the drive back to make feature changes for this, I'll add this to the list.

Hmm. Can I write more than one review for a game? If so, I can just go write my review and then someone can go and delete the older one.

That would reek of awe and some.

...why did I say that?

There defiantly are some reviews I've written long ago I'd like changed or deleted.

Thread revival, but if anyone with the power could delete my Master of Malice review I would appreciate it. I'd like to rewrite it and give the game justice.

<Malwyn> Yes, yes. Don't worry I'd rather masturbate with broken glass than ask you for help again. :(

Done, though I had to go through three tables before I finally found the one that's actually being used now. One of these days I'm actually going to write functionality so that I don't have to do this sort of thing by hand, directly poking the database and deleting records. But oh well.

I know this is pretty old, but there are a couple of ways [whoever plans on continuing Vault development] could get around this. My original idea was to have a minimum character limit on reviews, but having to have moderators/admins look over the reviews before they appear could work too (or at least, have them look the review over if somebody tries to change the star rating of the game. Speaking of star rating, maybe instead of displaying stars, it could display a decimal rating instead, since a 4.999 game seems like it'd still appear with 4 stars based on my memories of rating games).

Sorry for thread necromancy but I don't remember if I said these things at a prior time!! DMZX needs the activity anyway

Don't abuse it. I'll know it if you did.

Neatsome.

Time to replay those games again. Best time for a review is after completing the game in question.

...though should I review FF Edventure now or after I get all the other endings first?

Yay, I've finally gone back and edited all of my old sparse reviews.

Except Bernard the Bard. What can I say that hasn't already been said, mostly by Terryn?

And Engine the Remix Attack. But that's because I wanna review the other two Engine games first before I go rewrite that.
