Editing your own thread title

I know vBulletin is capable of enabling users to edit titles of their threads, since I saw it before on both Minecraft forums and Polish site called CraftSite (both about MC, both on vB). I'd like this to be enabled here too as I don't like to disturb mods/admins with stupid issues, like "plz change my thr34d title plox becuz I need other 1" :( and I'd prefer to do this myself.
There are no impossible things, there is only lack of skills.
