They have some pretty funny film reviews but your mileage may vary a lot.

Other than that, Radiolab, This American Life, and The Experience Points Podcast.
Basically, I only like podcasts where two guys talk about something after a brief period of research. It's just the perfect format. One person podcasts are likely boring and probably just either full of external clips or music. Several podcasters don't really work in the same show, they just don't form the right sort of podcasters' bond.

I listened to 99% Invisible for a bit, but I just can't dig monologue podcasts, which I think is one of the reasons that Serial had me going for a little while, then lost me. I like witnessing people coming together to talk about something; usually that adds a fair amount of humor too.
