How difficult do you think it would be to have a web-based version of MZX running in a browser and saving/loading files via cloud? Just a crazy thought...

So I was bored in my hotel room in Sweden and tried to install MZX on my work laptop. Working in a financial institution has got its downsides however, so the computer said no.

Quite possible, just requires some work. If you'll recall Apage and I managed to get it sort of working (with occasional freezes and the like) through emscripten a while back (there's a thread somewhere). It just requires a bit of a time investment to sort out those issues.

<Malwyn> Yes, yes. Don't worry I'd rather masturbate with broken glass than ask you for help again. :(

Can't actually recall that, but I will search for the thread. Luckily I managed to run MZX from a USB drive so that kinda solved my main issue for now, but the idea of running MZX in browser is an intriguing thought.
