ZOOM!
Well, I'm working on a racing engine. I was wondering what you guys thought would be the easiest way to make a nice one.. I'm thinking a top view would be best, but if anyone can think of another way that wouldn't be almost impossible, that'd be great. Thanks for the input. ?:eyes:/>

Anything but mode7.  Akwende's drove me crazy.  Personally I liked Inmate's engine a lot.  Oh, also, idea for Snarfoogle2 death scene: He's racing and hits a hedgehog which bursts his tires and he is thrown out of the car.  Off topic, yes, but the idea just struck me.

Yeah, I think there's a mode 7 racing engine you can download somewhere on DigiMZX that is very impressive.  But you can only steer, you can't accelerate.

Mode 7 was a thing that got used a lot in early snes games, I'm not sure of the definition or what exactly it does...
