So, perhaps this has made a few of you wake up :eyes:/> For the rest of you, I wasn't "following a newbie trend", but rather, poking fun at such a thing.

Good! I thought the great Sei/Dai/Dia was going paranoid

I knew it was a joke all the time, Dia. I just took a good opportunity to practice my long posts... really.

Dia, I'm sorry that I have to dredge this up, but in this situation, decieving people with a false opinion for the benefit of invoking conversation is what we call a "troll."

For something that's meant to be obvious humor, it has a small amount of value; for a serious topic like this, it has NONE.  People who bluff this in this manner-As a matter of course-Often arrive at ends that place them at odds with everyone else.

PLEASE don't walk this line of insincerity again in the future; Those who lose their balance and fall (And all do, eventually) almost always end up on the wrong side.

It's kinda a topic I'm familiar with by now, y'know?

I'd prolly take a day to make something silly but... My MZX computer has died. and well.. while everything important is prolly backed up somewhere... I dont have the time on my parents box to do any work. #### #### ####.

I love this stuff about social mzxers(not saying they dont exist) ... Reminds me of social drinkers. "No no, Ive made enough, it's just a social thing"

Ok, here is my view (and don't buzz me on this, I haven't read the rest of the replys as of yet).
Mzx has gone through many depressions and booms within the last couple years. When a big project gets hyped up, that gets everyone else working(most of the time), and when it gets canceled, we go through a depression. Then someone else says the entire community is going to ####, and someone starts up a hype to ignore that we're going to ####. Everyone starts working again. It's down this many times, and I do't think it'll stop. It's life, for crying out loud. God knows that this exact post will be reposted in a few months, and we'll go through the process once again.

One thing none of you noticed is how many posts there have been to this message!  With over 40 replies to one message, I don't think there's exactly a lack of dedicated MZXers!

Yay!  I got the 42nd post!

Boy, this message definitely doesn't fit under the category "Mostly Harmless..."

Like so many have said, Megazeux is still alive; however, it's funny how much more alive ZZT is...

Authority is no excuse.

As a matter of fact, authority can make things worse, because all actions, good and ill, are multiplied by it.

Of course, I don't know what I'm talking about...
