Viewport Spawner is a fairly simple program which generates a text file containing code that makes a viewport look like it's shrinking. While potentially very useful in the world of 1999, today's Megazeux has pretty versatile expressions which, paired with a loop, completely negate any use that this would have had whatsoever. I have to give Daniel Mynyk credit for going out of his way and making an executable program in C++ for this though.
