Whoa, this is definitely an AOL Megazeux archive game. I barely remember it, but I do remember it a tiny bit. I can see why upon reviewing it. This is terrible!
There are flight sections based on Spelweavre's sensor-based motorcycle engine. You can fire, but your "motorcycle" stops until you're done firing. But you have to fire, because if something hits you from the front, anything, you lose a life instantly. And you only have five. It's very hard not to lose most lives in these sections. And sometimes the game cuts right to them from another board and rams you into something before you can react!
The other boards are some walking-around boards. Most of the combat boards use ice to simulate momentum, so you have ships firing fireballs melting outer space into water.
Graphics are very gray. Lots of solid gray, orthagonal lines. But the motorcycle engine segments are irregular and gray!
There's only one song, an original but terrible MOD rendition of a Star Wars song. However, I think I traced the authorship of the game to E. CyberBRO through the MOD's information section... directory for the samples is listed as C:\BROSTUFF.
Very bad AOL-era game, but for a short while it was probably the best space-based fighter in Megazeux!
