There's no plot, and the gameplay is boring. The first level has a bunch of lava you have to run through and I find this game pointless. :(
I'm giving the game a 2 just because I'm being nice and since the music was okay.

Wow, this is bad! Shocked Demo is a demo of a sidescroller that was never finished, for good reason. It's 3 levels long, none of them good.
The first board is covered in fire and lava. You're given 1000 hp, and everything only does one damage. But you'll be going through so much lava in the first level you'll probably leave with half of that initial 1000.
The second level is short, and every few seconds a horrible noise plays every time the cannons fire. The last obstacle of level 2 (screenshot 2) is nearly impossible to complete, and even if you do, level 2 doesn't seem to have an exit! I had to play level 3 through the Megazeux editor.
Level 3 is a dead simple underwater area followed by a boring boss fight against an explosion-throwing ghost (screenshot 3). That's it.
The graphics at least look kinda neat. There's some nice dither gradients in there. The music is a bunch of neat-sounding covers of Commodore 64 game music.
Not really worth anyone's time!
