Well, when I started playing this, I had no idea what a "Talon" was, and I'm not sure I still do, but it seems to be pretty similar to the Epoch from Chrono Trigger. The engine allows the player to move around a world map in a ship and land so they can explore on foot. It also has options for time travel in the menu, but no such thing was actually implemented, so really, this is just an overlay movement engine with some teleport player and scrollview commands. But hey, it's not CR2-0. Two stars because it was pretty solid and would have had a relevent use in a game, but the time travel didn't work and the creator didn't do anything creative with the idea otherwise.
