ZZT World Viewer
A little gadget I made in early 2010, based off Nanobot's ZZT File Format documents (included in the ZIP), that can read data directly from ZZT worlds and allows you to view individual boards, because nobody else had done the same already. It's also capable of loading Font Man .COM files for games that used external fonts (such as Barney Exterminator 2).
I considered trying to tweak this further to allow you to actually emulate ZZT games in MZX without having to convert them externally, but due to extreme differences between MZX's built-ins and ZZT's (especially centipedes, sharks, and blinking tiles), it would take too much time to perfect and not really be worth the effort. An editor wouldn't be completely out of the question, though...
Version 1.2a has less built-ins (now with less blinkers and bears), and now allows you to export boards to MZM format.

This is exactly what it says on the tin, which isn't a whole lot. You can't view objects' code or edit anything, but you do get a pretty good look at the starting state of any board in the world. The most useful feature is that it can convert boards to an MZM, but if you want to completely replicate the board you'll of course have to remake all of the objects and several built-ins and you still won't be able to get any closer than mikawo's converter.
A decent thing that could be based on this is probably a complete ZZT emulator, and wouldn't be too far-fetched now that there's a complete disassembly of ZZT available. It would have to take the Labyrinth of Zeux approach, or completely emulating the game environment instead of attempting to shoehorn in the closest MZX equivalents.
