It's depressing that the only game in this list that ever got completed was Bernard the Bard. But this, like Xenogenesis before it (or was it after?), is a good demonstration of just what MZX is capable of (even if it is a bit outdated).

Back in the old days of Megazeux, between '96-'98, we saw a lot of stuff that demostrated wonderful graphics (although today graphics aren't that much a concern). This fantastic Draconic Creations magazine rivals, and possibly outbeats in quality, the classic Autumn Dreams presentation, Xenogenesis.
Personally, I don't think Draconic Creations has recieved enough credit as a group. Although, as said before, only one of the games shown was completed, Dark Corner has a collection of truly inspiring MZX presentations and demos. Whenever I am feeling "MZX block", I turn to Dark Corner to regain my motivation. I give this effort-filled, beautiful game 5 stars.

Indeed. Most of the games in Dark Corner weren't even seriously in the works, though. I would've liked Z! and Zane, Professional Idiot. But stuff like the Booshkies and Atomic Fuzz wasn't even truly being developed. All in all, the magazine itself was cool, though.
