Back in 2002, this raycaster was a pretty huge deal despite its shortcomings (mainly, it has really bad fisheye), so credit where it's due. It wasn't the best, but it was one of the first. The fix resolves some of the issues I previously detailed in this review, but I think 4 stars was a bit generous. Check this out if you want to see that DOS MZX was capable of, I guess.
