Well, in boredom, I did something really weird and created this little character editing
utility. It does the majority of the things the regular editor does, too.
You're probably asking yourself, "What the heck is this for? It can't export character
sets or anything like that! And it doesn't have any new features!"
But this little utility could be used in a game for near endless customizability. For
example, you could let the player create his or her own playercharacter, or maybe you
could go waaaaaay out there and make an editor in a .MZX format (good luck!).
It only takes a small amount of editing, and I've created a way to have it run under
multiple character sets. If you would like to use this utility in a game, e-mail me, and
I'll create a more-or-less customized version for you.
