A naming engine that uses fixed vowel and consonant positions populated with completely random letters and isn't very configurable :( it's a step up from the other "naming engine" but you're still better off going to Behind The Name or writing your own. I'd add modifiable vowel/consonant patterns and optional letter probability weighting and the ability to completely exclude certain letters and diphthongs and digraphs but seriously
