Land of Monsters is a series that spans up to two games. The second one not being released yet. The game tries to use classic MZX gameplay, collecting ammo and shooting several monsters. The second game adds a few RPG styled elements like status conditions.

*Yolca originally was planned to just be named "King of Monsters" but it was decided he should get a name.
*Originally the first boss was the Fake Key itself but it was moved into the Haunted House and made Burnis first.
*The game is a remake of one of Goshi's [http://www.digitalmzx.net/wiki/index.php/Super_ZZT Super ZZT] projects. However all the levels were redone except "Whirlpool Forest"
*Sandon and Aqualous were not in the original game.
*Burnis and Blizzos appeared but their roles were minor.
*The City of Monsters was originally planned to be a second game which would end once you defeat Aqualous on the boat. The Town and Hyperspace areas were also planned to be seperate games.
*Originally, Yolca was to look like a ZZT Lion (Omega character).
