On the 23rd of May 2007, #jkpj13 moved from [[EsperNet]] to [[WyldRyde]] (irc.wyldryde.org) due to [[Insidious]] being unable to use EsperNet due to denial-of-service attacks being carried out on him by someone by the name of Own3r. Since the EsperNet IRCops refused to believe the DoS attacks were actually happening, JohnK immediately moved the channel off the server and onto one where he knew the admins and where built-in cloaking made DoS attacks harder to carry out. | |||
