Engine is the first MegaZeux game released by Luke Drelick.
From 1995 to 2000, Engine was shareware, and you had to register in order to play the second half of the game. Luke released the full version in 2000 to hype the release of the game's sequel, Engine: The Second Attack.
In May 2005, Luke released Engine 1 Remix, a special edition of the original Engine.
